During last lesson we were making a story line from our second idea. I think this is the idea that we will be try and build on to make our final piece. So the story line goes like this
First scene: We start with a sound of a female screaming while the audience only seeing a black screen. We then have a close up on Rory's face. To show off his venerability we see him sweating and breathing heavily. To set this scene up, to make this tense, the room will be dark.
Second scene: We see Rory leaving his squat and starting to walk down the street. We then go to a side view of him. We would then see from another angle Rory walking along at the same speed as the camera and in the background we would see 2 or the 3 men spot Rory. He would then see them and starts to run away, and that’s where the chase would begin. Some music will start here which will indicate times of action and tension.
Third scene: The titles for the film then start while hearing the sound of footsteps, we then see someone out of breath running and then we will put on the music we have selected. These titles will mention only production names and yet not the title.
Forth scene: Rory is still running and we will leave 4-6 seconds in this before we start seeing flashbacks. We agreed that three flashbacks would be adequate, so we thought that the first flashback would be a girl getting thrown into a car boot. The second flashback would be her tired to a chair and the third being her head being plunged in water.
Fifth scene: Once we feels he is safe he texts his girlfriend saying “GET OUT OF THERE NOW!” As soon as the text is sent he spots the gang members and the chase begins again.
Sixth scene- This is the part where the main part of the chase happens. It becomes more dangerous. We are thinking of having Rory doing some more jumps, putting obstacles in the way of the gang and taking sharp turns as he tries to get away from this gang. The way we are going to end this piece is him thinking he has got away he looks behind seeing no-one and then turns around and gets hit from a bat. We then go to a black out with the camera by the bat touching the camera lens.
We then put the title of the film right at the end. Our title at this present moment is “Withholding Information”.
